Sub-Processors

Lodago (Rocketmail S.à r.l.) engages the following sub-processors to deliver the Application Services. In line with our Data Processing Agreement (Article 28 GDPR), each sub-processor is bound by written obligations imposing equivalent data-protection commitments and appropriate technical and organizational measures. We notify customers in advance of any intended addition or replacement of a sub-processor, and customers may object within fifteen (15) calendar days.

  • Microsoft 365 / Outlook (calendar)
  • Google Calendar

3. Optional add-on features

Optional AI/enrichment add-ons (e.g., Data Enrichment) are not enabled for all customers. Where such an add-on is subscribed, any additional sub-processor is disclosed to the customer at the point of subscription and reflected on this page.

Questions about our sub-processors can be directed to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
