How much does Lodago cost?

How is Lodago pricing structured?
Lodago uses annual subscription pricing — not per-user or per-event. Every package includes unlimited users and unlimited events. You pay one annual fee tailored to the modules you select, the scale of your event calendar, and your contract length (multi-year commitments come with preferential pricing). Most teams are live in under 48 hours.
What modules are available, and can I start with just one?
Lodago has six modules: Meeting Scheduling, Universal Lead Scanner, Event Registration, Staffing, Follow-up Meetings, and AI Analytics Copilot. You can start with the modules you need today and add more at renewal as your event program grows — that's exactly what composable pricing is designed for.
Does the price include CRM integration?
Yes. Native CRM integration is included in every package, at every level. That means real-time bidirectional sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, and Pardot — plus Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, WebEx, and GoToMeeting. No CSV imports, no add-on connector fees.
Is onboarding and support included?
Yes. Dedicated onboarding and lifetime support are included in every package. We configure Lodago to your specific events, integrate it with your CRM and calendars, and train your team before your next show. Support includes online help year-round and on-site coverage during major events.
Can I add more capacity during an event?
