How much does Lodago cost?

How is Lodago pricing structured?
Lodago uses annual subscription pricing — not per-user or per-event. You pay one annual fee tailored to the products you select, the scale of your event calendar, and your contract length (multi-year commitments come with preferential pricing).
What products are available, and can I start with just one?
Lodago has five products: Meeting Generator, Meeting Scheduling, Universal Lead Scanner, Event Registration and Staffing. Analytics & Performance, the AI Copilot and integrations are included in every package. You can start with the products you need today and add more later as your event program grows — that's exactly what composable pricing is designed for.
Does the price include CRM integration?
It comes with every product by default, and you can leave it out if you don't need it. Real-time bidirectional sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Pardot, or any CRM through our API — plus Outlook, Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, WebEx, GoToMeeting and Slack. No CSV imports, no add-on connector fees. CRM integration is included in every package by default and can be left out.
Is onboarding and support included?
Yes. Dedicated onboarding and lifetime support are included in every package. We configure Lodago to your specific events, integrate it with your CRM and calendars, and train your team before your next show. Support includes online help year-round and on-site coverage during major events.
Can I add more capacity during an event?
Yes. You can scale up usage during a live event — adding extra staff, additional side events, or extra meeting capacity — without an overage fee. Lodago is built for the reality of trade shows, where the day-of plan rarely matches the plan you wrote six weeks earlier.
Is Lodago secure and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Lodago is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified and fully GDPR compliant. The AI Copilot is built on Claude by Anthropic and hosted securely within Lodago's AWS infrastructure. Your security team will get a complete answer in the first call.
