1. Organizer

The Lodago Global Challenge (the "Competition") is organized by Rocketmail S.à r.l., a company incorporated in Luxembourg and operating under the Lodago brand ("Lodago", "Rocketmail", "Organizer", "we", "our", or "us").

2. Eligibility

The Competition is open only to natural persons who:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of participation;
  • Are legally permitted to participate under the laws of their country of residence;
  • Are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or otherwise subject to any country, territory, or jurisdiction that is subject to applicable sanctions, embargoes, export restrictions, or similar legal prohibitions;
  • Have a valid email address;
  • Comply with these Official Rules.

The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, shareholders of Lodago and their immediate family members may participate in the Competition but are not eligible to receive any prize. If such a participant achieves a winning position or is selected in the prize draw, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.

Lodago reserves the right to verify a participant's eligibility at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in these Official Rules.

3. Competition Period

The Competition begins on July 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on September 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) (the "Competition Period"). All times referenced in these Official Rules are stated in Eastern Time (ET).

Any participation received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

4. How to Participate

Participation is free.

No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, or financial contribution is required to participate.

Participants may access and play the Competition through the official Competition website.

Only one (1) account per individual is permitted throughout the Competition Period. Multiple accounts registered or controlled by the same individual may be suspended, merged, or disqualified at Lodago's sole discretion.

5. Leaderboard Competition

Valid Game and Valid Score

For the purposes of these Official Rules, a "Valid Game" is a single play session that meets all of the following conditions: (a) it is played while signed in to a registered Competition account through the official Competition website; (b) it is initiated and recorded through Lodago’s official systems; (c) it is played through to completion within the ninety (90) second time limit; (d) its score is recorded and verified by Lodago’s systems; and (e) it is not identified by Lodago’s verification or integrity processes as resulting from fraud, automation, manipulation, technical error, or any breach of these Official Rules.

A "Valid Score" is the score produced by a Valid Game, as recorded and verified by Lodago’s systems. Only Valid Scores are eligible for ranking on the leaderboard, and only Valid Games count toward prize draw entries. Lodago’s systems and records shall be the authoritative source for determining whether a game and its score are valid. Where a score cannot be verified, or is identified as arising from any of the conditions described above, Lodago may, at its sole and reasonable discretion, invalidate, adjust, or remove the score and any associated entries.

The game consists of a ninety (90) second skill-based challenge during which participants must achieve the highest score possible.

Scores are recorded automatically by the Competition platform.

At the end of the Competition Period, participants will be ranked according to their highest valid score.

Lodago's systems, databases, logs, and records shall constitute the official records of the Competition and the leaderboard. In the event of any discrepancy, dispute, technical issue, or inconsistency relating to a participant's score, ranking, gameplay activity, or Competition results, Lodago's records shall prevail and Lodago's determination shall be final and binding.

Leaderboard Prizes

  • 1st Place: USD $2,000
  • 2nd Place: USD $1,000
  • 3rd Place: USD $500

Tie-Break Procedure

If two or more participants achieve the same winning score, the tied participants will be invited to participate in an additional game session within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours following the end of the Competition Period.

The participant achieving the highest score during the tie-break session will be declared the winner.

If a tie remains after the first tie-break session, additional tie-break sessions may be organized until a winner is determined.

Failure to participate in a scheduled tie-break session may result in disqualification from the tied position.

6. Promotional Prize Draw

Separate from the leaderboard competition, participants may receive entries into a promotional prize draw.

One (1) winner will be selected from among all valid prize draw entries on September 7, 2026, following the end of the Competition Period.

The winner will be determined using a publicly verifiable random selection method. Each valid prize draw entry will be assigned a sequential number, and the winning entry will be identified by applying a publicly available, independently verifiable random source [SOURCE AND DATE TO BE FINALIZED AND PUBLISHED BEFORE THE END OF THE COMPETITION PERIOD] to the total number of valid entries according to a formula published in these Official Rules. This method allows any participant to independently verify the result of the draw.

If the selected winner is found to be ineligible, is disqualified, fails to complete the verification requirements set out in these Official Rules, or fails to respond to the winner notification within the timeframe specified, the prize will be awarded to a newly selected entry determined by the same publicly verifiable method, and this process may be repeated until an eligible winner is determined.

Prize Draw Prize

  • One (1) cash prize of USD $10,000

How Prize Draw Entries Are Earned

Participants receive:

  • One (1) prize draw entry for each valid game played;
  • A maximum of five (5) entries during any rolling seven (7) day period from gameplay;
  • Five (5) additional entries for each valid referral.

Referral Entries

A participant receives five (5) entries for each new participant who:

  • Registers through the participant's unique referral link; and
  • Plays at least one valid game.

There is no limit to the number of referral entries that may be earned.

Examples:

  • 10 valid referrals = 50 entries
  • 20 valid referrals = 100 entries
  • 100 valid referrals = 500 entries

7. Referral Program and Anti-Fraud Rules

Participants may share a unique referral link provided by Lodago.

A referral will only be considered valid if the referred individual:

  • Is a genuine individual;
  • Meets all eligibility requirements;
  • Creates a valid account using their own identity;
  • Uses a valid email address;
  • Plays at least one valid game;
  • Is not already registered in the Competition.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Referring yourself;
  • Creating multiple accounts;
  • Registering multiple email addresses for the same individual;
  • Using aliases, temporary email addresses, disposable email services, or automated account creation tools;
  • Creating accounts on behalf of another person without their consent;
  • Coordinating with others to artificially increase referrals;
  • Using bots, scripts, automation tools, click farms, or similar technologies;
  • Creating accounts using the same person under different names, email addresses, devices, or identities;
  • Any activity intended to manipulate the Competition, leaderboard, referral system, or prize draw.
  • Creating, controlling, accessing, or benefiting from more than one account, whether directly or indirectly.

Lodago reserves the right to use any reasonable means to verify participant identities and detect fraudulent activity, including review of:

  • Email addresses;
  • Names;
  • IP addresses;
  • Device identifiers;
  • Browser fingerprints;
  • Geographic location data;
  • Account activity;
  • Referral patterns;
  • Any other information reasonably available to Lodago.

Lodago may, at its sole discretion, determine that multiple accounts belong to the same individual or are otherwise connected.

Where Lodago reasonably believes that a participant has engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, self-referral, multiple-account activity, or conduct contrary to the spirit of the Competition, Lodago may:

  • Disqualify the participant;
  • Remove leaderboard scores;
  • Cancel referral entries;
  • Remove prize draw entries;
  • Suspend or terminate accounts;
  • Refuse to award any prize.

Lodago reserves the right to review, adjust, invalidate, remove, or recalculate any score that it reasonably believes was affected by fraud, automation, technical manipulation, system abuse, or a violation of these Official Rules.

Lodago's determination regarding fraud prevention, participant eligibility, account ownership, referral validity, Competition integrity, score validity, leaderboard rankings, tie-break results, winner selection, and prize eligibility shall be final and binding.

Participants acknowledge that prizes are intended solely for genuine participants acting in good faith and that any attempt to circumvent these Official Rules may result in immediate disqualification.

8. Winner Verification

Before any prize is awarded, Lodago may require a participant to provide:

  • Government-issued identification;
  • Proof of age;
  • Proof of residence;
  • Confirmation of ownership of the registered email address;
  • Any additional information reasonably necessary to verify compliance with these Official Rules.

Lodago reserves the right to withhold any prize until all verification and fraud review procedures have been completed. Lodago reserves the right to refuse, delay, suspend, withhold, or cancel the award or payment of any prize where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, sanctions regulations, anti-money laundering requirements, fraud prevention procedures, court orders, governmental requests, or other legal or regulatory obligations.

Failure to provide requested information within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Prize Payment

Cash prizes will be paid by wire transfer in United States Dollars (USD).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be assigned, sold, transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash or any other consideration by a winner.

All cash prize amounts stated in these Official Rules represent the gross prize amount that Lodago will initiate by wire transfer in USD.

For example:

  • A USD $10,000 prize means Lodago will initiate a wire transfer in the amount of USD $10,000.
  • A USD $1,000 prize means Lodago will initiate a wire transfer in the amount of USD $1,000.
  • A USD $500 prize means Lodago will initiate a wire transfer in the amount of USD $500.

To receive a prize, a winner must successfully complete all verification requirements and provide Lodago with all information reasonably required to process the payment, including complete and accurate banking details.

Winners must provide the requested payment information within fifteen (15) calendar days following notification that they have won a prize.

Provided that the winner has successfully completed all verification requirements and submitted the required payment information within the timeframe above, Lodago will initiate payment within thirty (30) calendar days following the end of the Competition.

Winners must respond to Lodago's initial winner notification sent to the email address associated with their Competition account within fifteen (15) calendar days of the notification being sent. Failure to respond within that period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, withholding obligations, wire transfer fees, currency conversion costs, bank charges, intermediary bank fees, governmental charges, duties, or other expenses associated with receiving a prize.

Lodago will not increase, gross up, reimburse, or otherwise adjust any prize amount to compensate for taxes, fees, deductions, exchange rate fluctuations, or other costs incurred by the winner.

The amount ultimately received by a winner may be less than the advertised prize amount due to deductions, fees, taxes, exchange rate fluctuations, withholding obligations, or other charges imposed by banks, financial institutions, governmental authorities, or applicable law.

If applicable law requires Lodago to withhold taxes or other amounts before making payment, Lodago may make such deductions, and the winner shall be deemed to have received the full gross prize amount for the purposes of these Official Rules.

Lodago shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information provided by the winner, banking institutions, intermediary banks, governmental authorities, or circumstances outside Lodago's reasonable control.

Lodago may request information required to comply with applicable legal, tax, or reporting obligations.

10. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Lodago may announce their first name, country of residence, score, and winning status for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lodago shall not be liable for:

  • Technical failures;
  • Internet interruptions;
  • Lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries;
  • Unauthorized access to participant accounts;
  • Errors in score calculations caused by technical issues outside Lodago's reasonable control;
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Competition.

By participating, participants release and hold harmless Lodago, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, shareholders, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Lodago reserves the right to correct typographical, administrative, technical, software, hardware, programming, or other errors affecting the Competition, including errors relating to scores, rankings, referrals, eligibility determinations, winner notifications, or prize awards.

12. Privacy

Participation in the Competition requires the collection and processing of certain personal data.

Personal data will be collected, used, stored, and processed by Lodago in accordance with Lodago's Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

By participating in the Competition, participants acknowledge that their personal data may be processed for purposes including Competition administration, participant verification, fraud prevention, winner selection, prize fulfillment, legal compliance, and communications relating to the Competition.

Lodago may contact participants regarding the administration of the Competition, including account verification, competition updates, fraud prevention, winner notifications, prize fulfillment, and other matters directly related to the Competition.

13. Marketing Communications

Participation in the Competition does not automatically subscribe a participant to marketing communications.

Participants may choose to separately opt in to receive marketing communications from Lodago, including product updates, newsletters, promotions, future competitions, and other marketing content.

Consent to receive marketing communications is entirely voluntary and is not required to participate in the Competition or to receive a prize.

Participants who have opted in may withdraw their consent at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in marketing communications or by contacting Lodago.

14. Modification, Suspension or Cancellation

Lodago reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, cancel, or terminate the Competition, in whole or in part, at any time if fraud, technical failures, security issues, legal requirements, force majeure events, or any other circumstances compromise or may compromise the integrity, fairness, legality, or proper operation of the Competition.

15. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

16. Acceptance of Rules

By participating in the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules.
