You can follow these general steps:

  • 1 Log in to your account.
  • 2 Find the menu that allows you to access your domain name.
  • 3 Select your domain name to access the domain settings page.
  • 4 Go to the page that allows you to set up your DNS.
  • 5 In your records, look for a value that contains the word "dmarc". If "dmarc" exists: go to step 9. Otherwise go to step 6.
  • 6 Set up DMARC: add a record.
  • 7 Fill in the following values:

Type: Select TXT as the type of record to add.

Host: Host: Enter "_dmarc.domainname". You need to replace [domainname] with your domain name.
For example:
For the domain bestshop.com, the value will be: _dmarc.bestshop.com
For the domain superagency.com, the value will be: _dmarc.superagency.com
For the domain iamlucky.com, the value will be: _dmarc.iamlucky.com

TXT Value: « v=DMARC1 ; p=none ; ».

TTL: Leave this value as it is by default.

  • 8 Save this record.
  • 9 In your records look for a value that contains the word "spf". If 'spf' exists: go to step 13. Otherwise go to step 10.
  • 10 Configure SPF: add a record.
  • 11 Fill in the following values:

Type: Select TXT as the type of record to add.

Host: Enter "@".

TXT Value: « v=spf1 include:_spf.lodago.com ~all ».

TTL: Leave this value as it is by default.

  • 13 If your SPF already exists, click on "Edit"
  • 14 Add " include:_spf.lodago.com" into the content of your SPF (make sure to separate the new content from the old one with a space)
  • 15 Save this record.
  • 13 DKIM: add a record.
  • 14 Fill in the following values:

Type: Select CNAME as the type of record to add.

TXT Value: « dkim.lodago.com ».

Host: Enter "lodago._domainkey.domainname". You need to replace [domainname] with your domain name.
For example:
For the domain bestshop.com, the value will be: lodago._domainkey.bestshop.com
For the domain superagency.com, the value will be: lodago._domainkey.superagency.com
For the domain iamlucky.com, the value will be: lodago._domainkey.superagency.com

TTL: Leave this value as it is by default.

  • 15 Save this record.
