The way to define the duration of a meeting depends on how your prospect books an appointment with you: from an email sent from your CRM/software using Lodago or from a booking link.

1. You can find your shortcuts in the "Calendar/Email integration & Booking links" tab of your Lodago account.
2. In the Calendar/Email Integration & Booking Links tab, go to "Shortcuts”
3. To create a shortcut, use the table in Shortcuts and follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Choose a name for your shortcut, for example : calendrier1 for the shortcut #calendrier1
- Step 2: Choose the duration of the appointment
- Step 3: If the appointment is a videoconference, tick the box in the videoconference column. If the appointment is a videoconference, the confirmation email your prospect receives will contain the videoconference link. To do this, you must have synchronized your videoconferencing tool with Lodago.

4. Send an email with a shortcut
You can now send an email with your shortcut. You just have to write your email, and to put the shortcut wherever you want your calendar to be placed.
For example : “Hello John, I look forward to meet you. #calendar”.

3. To create a booking link, use the table in Booking Links and follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Describe the purpose of the appointment you wish to arrange
- Step 2: Choose the duration of the appointment
- Step 3: If the appointment is a videoconference, tick the box in the videoconference column. If the appointment is a videoconference, the confirmation email your prospect receives will contain the videoconference link. To do this, you must have synchronized your videoconferencing tool with Lodago.

- Step 1: To insert your booking link, click on the Copy/Paste button on the line where you just created the link.
- Step 2: Go to the place where you want to display this booking link, for example on your website, and paste the link.
