We provide you with an API key. An API (Application Programming Interface) allows two applications to communicate with each other. It makes the functionality of one application available for other applications to use.
By giving you access to our API key, we then give you access to Lodago on the software of your choice!
You don't have to do anything! All your Lodago data is saved in the cloud. When you change your CRM, you just have to re-download the Lodago plugin from the marketplace of your new CRM and enter your Lodago identifiers. You will then have access to all your data including your history, templates, KPIs.
If you change your CRM and we don't have a plugin available on your new CRM, don't panic! You can use our API to access our solution again and retrieve your data.

Simply connect your business calendar to Lodago. You will then have all your information up to date.
If you decide to cancel your subscription with Lodago, your CRM data remains in your CRM and your calendar data remains in your calendar. So, you do not need to export your data.

The calendar will only show times when you are available and not your complete agenda. Your appointments are confidential.
Yes, your client automatically receives a reminder before each appointment. They receive the first reminder 24 hours before the appointment and another reminder 1 hour before the appointment.
The customer can reschedule or cancel the appointment directly from the confirmation email. You are informed as soon as the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.
Your clients may still call you, but they don't have to do so to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
In the confirmation and reminder emails we send out for appointments, we include a link that clients can use to cancel or reschedule their appointment at another time.
