When you first connect to Lodago, the plugin will offer you different calendars (Office 265, Outlook Calendar and Google).

Click on the one you use for your business. You will then be redirected to the login page that corresponds to your professional calendar.

Log in, and your calendar will be synchronized with Lodago!

The in-mail calendar is available for which recipients?

Why do some of my customers receive a link and not the email-integrated calendar?

The email-integrated calendar is available to your customers who have a Gmail, G Suite and Yahoo email address, which is more than 1.7 billion active users! Soon, it will be available for your customers who have an Outlook address.

Your customers with addresses that cannot use the in-mail calendar automatically receive a version of the email containing a link. It redirects your customers to a new web page with your updated calendar and availability to make an appointment.

Will the in-mail calendar soon be available for recipients with Outlook addresses?

How do I make my calendar appear in my emails?

How can the recipient interact in the email?

The interaction in the email works with AMP email. AMP is a new computer language proposed by Google since 2015 and usable for email since 2019. For emails, this language allows new functionalities that were previously impossible. AMP email is also called dynamic email.

Are my payment details secured?

Yes, when you pay on our site you are paying through our secure payment processing partner, Revolut.

Lodago does not store any credit card or sensitive payment data.

Is my data secure and who owns it?

Yes, your data is secure, and you are the only owner. All communication with the system is done via SSL and is protected by encryption. Our servers are hosted in reputable centres in Europe. The servers are hosted at Amazon Web Service (AWS) and Ikoula in Paris, France in Europe.

Is the data encrypted?

Yes, the data is encrypted with Sha256 and RSA.

I am switching to Lodago from another appointment scheduling software. How can I transfer my data?

Simply connect your business calendar to Lodago. You will then have all your information up to date.

If I decide that Lodago is not for me, can I export my data?

If you decide to cancel your subscription with Lodago, your CRM data remains in your CRM and your calendar data remains in your calendar. So, you do not need to export your data.

How do you back up the data?

We make daily backups to remote data centers in Europe. The servers are redundant and load balanced.

You can manage your subscription from your customer account. You will be able to modify your information, change your subscription, unsubscribe, or delete your account. To log in, simply follow http://www.lodago.com/connexion.

Can I change my subscription at any time?

Yes, it's easy to change your subscription. You just need to access your customer account at www.lodago.com/connexion and click on "Billing".

What payments do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa).

If your payment method is refused, an email is sent to you automatically and your subscription is downgraded to free.

What happens when I reach the email limit of my package?

If you reach the email limit of your plan, you will no longer be able to send appointment emails with the calendar in the email. You will have to wait until next month to be topped up (your account is updated every 30 days), or upgrade to a higher plan which will instantly allow you to send more emails.

I don't like any subscription, what can I do?

If no package suits you, it is possible to establish a quote together. In this case, simply contact us at support@lodago.com to discuss your needs.

Is there an annual subscription?

Yes, you can take out an annual subscription. You even save 20% on the premium package and the pro package by paying your subscription annually!

What if I only need an account for a few months of the year?

No problem! You can take out a monthly subscription. When you no longer wish to use Lodago, you can downgrade your subscription to free. All your information will be retained.
When you start using Lodago again, all you need to do is to take out a paid subscription.

Are there any preferential rates for non-profit organizations?

Yes, we offer a special rate for non-profit organizations. Please contact us by clicking here.

Are there special rates for organizations that purchase more than 10 licenses?

How does the subscription renewal process work?

Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed for the same subscription period unless you decide to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

I'm changing my appointment scheduling software, how does it work?

You don't have to do anything! Simply cancel your subscription with your current appointment scheduling software and take out a Lodago subscription via this link.

All you have to do is synchronise your calendar with Lodago, and you're in business!

How can I manage my profile (profile, photo, password)

You can manage your profile from your customer account. To log in, simply follow http://www.lodago.com/connexion.

The company photo is managed by the CRM. You can therefore change it from your account on your CRM.

How do I set my availability?

To define your availability, you just have to synchronise Lodago with your calendar. The calendars supported by the software are those of Google, Office 365 and Outlook.

Then, the software will propose itself the availabilities you have on your calendar.

To define your working hours:

  • In Outlook Calendar and Office 365, you just have to define them in the option provided for this purpose: File, then Options > Calendar. Under Working Time, choose theStart Time andEnd Time of your working day.
  • In Google Calendar you need to create recurring unavailability when you are not working

How do I make my calendar appear in my emails?

By default, the calendar is automatically inserted between the content of the email and the signature.

If you wish to insert the calendar in a specific place in the email, you can use the "calendar" button available in the Lodago editor on your CRM.

How to specify that the appointment is a video conference and send the videoconference link?

When you write your email in the editor, you just have to check the box "Online meeting".

The link is then automatically generated according to the video conferencing software that is synchronised with your calendar. It is then sent a few minutes after your recipient has set the appointment.

What time zone is my calendar displayed in?

When your recipient views your availability, it is displayed according to their time zone. Confirmation and reminder emails also consider the time zone of your recipient.

No. Lodago is an appointment scheduling software that does not require coding or special computer skills. Just follow our tutorial to install our tool on your CRM. Our solution is very easy to install and use. It only takes a few minutes to install!

How long does it take to install the software?

The installation of the Lodago software takes no more than 10 minutes. All you have to do is download it and synchronise it with your calendar! The full functionality is available within 72 hours after installation.

Do my clients see my other appointments in my calendar?

No. Your clients will only see your availability when they make an appointment with you.

The calendar will only show times when you are available and not your complete agenda. Your appointments are confidential.

Does my client receive a reminder of the appointment?

Yes, your client automatically receives a reminder before each appointment. They receive the first reminder 24 hours before the appointment and another reminder 1 hour before the appointment.

What happens if a customer cancels the appointment? Can the customer reschedule an appointment?

The customer can reschedule or cancel the appointment directly from the confirmation email. You are informed as soon as the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.

Will my client have to call me to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Your clients may still call you, but they don't have to do so to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

In the confirmation and reminder emails we send out for appointments, we include a link that clients can use to cancel or reschedule their appointment at another time.

How can I integrate an appointment link in the signature?

You can find the appointment link directly in your customer account. You just have to copy it and insert it in your email signature!

Can I integrate Lodago into my website?

Yes, you can put a link on your website that redirects your clients to a new web page with your updated calendar and availability to make an appointment.

How do I insert the calendar on my website?

You can find the appointment link directly in your customer account.

Then, you just have to insert it where you want it on your website: in a button or in a text for example.

How can I make a team appointment?

Can I send one email to multiple recipients?

Yes, you can send an appointment email to several recipients, for example to Peter, Paul and James.

However, when you send an appointment email to multiple recipients, each recipient books an appointment for themselves personally. Peter books an appointment, Paul also books his appointment and James does the same.

Who can make an appointment with me?

All recipients of your emails can make an appointment as long as you include a calendar or a booking link in the content of your email.

All recipients of your emails can make an appointment with you if you have put a booking link in your signature.

All visitors to your website can make an appointment with you if you put a booking link on your website.

Can I customize my link?

How do customers book appointments?

Customers who have a Gmail, G Suite and Yahoo email address make appointments in the email-integrated calendar by selecting a day and time that is convenient for them.

For users who do not have a Gmail, G Suite or Yahoo email address, they make an appointment via a link embedded in the email by selecting a day and time that suits them.

When a customer makes an appointment with me, is it possible to make sure that they only have access to the current month?

No, Lodago does not allow you to limit your customer's appointment booking. If you want your client to make an appointment with you for the current week or month, you will have to discuss this with them beforehand.

Is the Lodago calendar responsive?

Of course it is! Your customers will enjoy an optimal experience on their phone, tablet, or computer!

Can I use Lodago from my mobile or tablet?

Of course, Lodago is fully responsive and can be used in all formats: phone, tablet, laptop, and desktop.

A confirmation message is sent to your client each time they make an appointment with you. If you sent an email in English, then your client will receive a confirmation email in English. If you sent an email in Japanese, then they will receive a confirmation email in Japanese!

What happens if I reach my email limit?

When you have reached your email limit, you can upgrade your subscription. As soon as you upgrade your subscription, you will be able to send emails again.

When you approach the limit, we will automatically send you an email.
