How to set up your signatures?

You need to set up signatures for your Domain Name Server (DNS). An electronic signature guarantees the integrity of the data and the authenticity of the sender of an email.

Signatures need to be configured in order to send emails to your recipients with your calendar integrated in them. Also, the configuration of your signatures will allow you to have a better deliverability, i.e. a maximum of your sent emails will arrive in the inbox of your recipients and a minimum in their spam.

They are easy to set up, and it will only take you a few minutes. We have summarised the configuration steps for you depending on the site you use to host your domain name.

If you need help or if the hosting site you use is not listed in this tutorial, we will be happy to help you. We can set up your signatures together for free. You can contact us via :

Public Domains

SPF and DKIM records cannot be set up for public domains. This is because you can only have one mailbox using a public domain to send and receive emails, but you cannot be the owner of the domain. Only domain owners have the privilege to set up TXT records. The various public domains are Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, MSN, Live, Comcast, Roadrunner, etc.
